
Princess Poppy have to marry Prince Humperdink. But she don't like him, so she was furious. She ran down the path to the palace pond, throwing and catching her ball as she went. Poppy was so cross, she didn't see the wobbly stone and she slipped and fell into the pond. Her beautiful golden ball flew out of her hands. It disappeared into the deep, dark pond. The ball is her treasure, so she looked for the ball. Then the frog find the ball and help her. The frog can speak, Poppy was very surprised. And the frog said "Promise that you will let me live in your palace. I want to sleep on your silken pillow." Poppy was unwilling to promise. One day, the frog came to her room. But Poppy dropped the frog in the darkest, most distant corner of her room. The frog said "You promised I could sleep on your silken pillow." Then Poppy strode over to the frog, picked him up and threw him out of her window. There was a long silence, followed by a long splat. Poppy suddenly realized what she'd done. She was horrified. She raced down the stairs as fast as her legs could carry her. Outside, the frog was lying sprawled on the palace lawn. Poppy picked up him up. "Are you all right?" she whispered. The frog said "Yes." Poppy apologized to him and she bent down and kissed him. There was a loud crash of thunder, followed by a shower of sparks. The frog had vanished. In his place stood a handsome young prince. A wicked witch cast an evil spell on him. And Poppy and the prince got marry.
I thought that this story is very fancy. And it is amazing that the frog is a handsome young prince! But it is unthinkable to me that she kissed the frog. I can't kiss the frog. I don't like frogs..
